In 2004 we, Tibor and Jeannette Liptay, set up Addministra Baumanagement GmbH, building upon our professional skills and experience as a civil engineer and a commercial specialist. These strengths complement each other ideally in our company’s areas of expertise.
Over the past few years, we have continuously further developed our business. Today, we are a strong SME in the market specialising in general planning and in construction, insurance claims and real estate management.
Addministra focuses its efforts on maintaining and enhancing the value of existing building structures. On the basis of years of collaboration with various insurance companies, we have come to specialise in the correction of structural building damage.
